S&T Notary Services, a division of S&T Tax and Business Solutions LLC provides Loan Signing Services and General Notary Services.  Notary services are mobile so we come to you.  Services are provided in the Greater Boston and surrounding areas. We strive to provide Quality, Trust, Expertise and expeditious notary services.

S&T Notary Services offers mobile notary services six (6) days a week, by appointment at competitive rates. We offer confidentiality and discretion, while being your trusted source for document notarization. We welcome one-time, long-term and repeat clients.  For rates, please see the below.

What is a Massachusetts Notary Public?

An individual that meets the state's requirements, appointed by the Commonwealth and obtains a commission to administer oaths, to verify the authenticity of signatures and a signers identity on many types of documents.

What are the ID requirements?

Valid and current original government issued photo ID e.g. driver's license issued by Mass DMV, original U.S. passport or identification card. Please call for other forms of ID.

What forms of payment are accepted from S&T?

All major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and approved company checks.

Are there special considerations for jail & hospital signings?

Yes, a minimum fee may apply, ID requirements and waiting times are reviewed in advance.

Do you offer Apostille services?

Yes we do. Our Apostille service is available nationwide.

Should documents be signed prior to appointment?

Please complete all forms except signatures and areas to be notarized which must be signed in the presence of the notary.

Why do I need to sign a journal when notarizations are completed?

Massachusetts requires all commissioned notaries to maintain a state approved journal and a record of all notarial acts.

Will I be charged if notary arrives and signing does not take place?

Yes, unless by mutual agreement.

What is a Mobile Notary Public?

Travels to a mutually agreed upon location, offers convenient service hours including nights and weekends.
